Information for manufacturers and distributors of CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS:

According to the Decree of the Ministry of Infrastructure dated 11 August 2004 on ways of declaring the conformity of construction and the method of marking them with a building (Journal of Laws of 2004 No. 198, item 2041 with all later amendments) for a group of products, manufacturer has required to assess compliance in order to place the product on the market.

To meet customer expectations, the  Product  Certification Division CTO SA leads the obligatory  certification  process  
by system 1, in accordance with the Decree given above.

The scope of the certification our Division can be found in the "Range of Services".

This  conformity  assessment  we  have  performed  assessing  the  compatibility  of  the  product  with  the  requirements 
of the  Polish  standards  and  technical  approvals and factory production control  required  by  the manufacturer  to issue 
a national declaration of conformity.

For system 1 we perform:

• conformity assessment results of a preliminary study of the requirements of the reference document and 
  an initial inspection of the factory (conformity assessment of Factory Production Control),
• evaluation of the use of the certificate within its validity period and compliance with the requirements 
  of the reference document and inspection Manufacturer establishments.
